Order Cancellation Policy
All orders are automatically processed as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee before credit is issued
  • If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
  • Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.


To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be

  1. Disassembled and in the original packaging.
  2. With all screws and parts, and no damages.

Items not eligible for exchange

  1. Mattresses.
  2. Pillows.
  3. Items on sale.
  4. Custom Items.


Hawaii Orders- We can pick up the returned item from your house for the cost of $50 that will be deducted from the full exchange / store credit amount.

Mainland Orders- You will be responsible for shipping the item back to our distribution center.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs/delivery costs for returning your item.
