Valbed V2.0 is our newest design based on the original Valbed.  Comes in 2 neutral colors, crafted from a mixture of plush seating and natural wood will transform your lounge into a guest retreat thanks to the sofa bed design and a comfortable innerspring mattress.
Each Valbed has a big storage space and a side wood tray for the ultimate comfort and convenience. 
Offered at one of our best, lowest prices, this piece doesn't sacrifice on style or quality, thanks to impeccably tailored, solidly constructed details and durable, low-maintenance fabric.

    Shipping and delivery cost with valyou furniture: 

     

    OAHU ORDERS- $50.00

    We deliver your order within 3 business days. All orders placed before 12:00 PM is considered the same day. All orders placed after 12:00 PM will be considered the next day for delivery processing.

    We currently don't offer any faster delivery options. 

    ALL OTHER ISLANDS- $50.00

    We will drop off your order with Young Brothers, who will ship the items to your island for you to pick up. Young Brothers shipping cost is anywhere between $50-$150 depending on the number of items, size, etc. For example, a standard sofa will cost around $50.00

    We strive to provide you with the best customer service. Your happiness is our top priority!
    If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at Facebook or service@valyoufurniture.com to schedule a return.
    If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    *Custom Items
    There are no Refunds or Exchange on custom made Items. Please make sure you are confirmed with the design details and fabric/wood swatches before you place the order.


    We can pick up the returned item from your house within 3 days for the cost of $50 that will be deducted from the full refund amount.
    Please contact us service@valyoufurniture.com prior to sending it back or dropping it off in our return center.

    You can schedule a pickup or return it yourself to our return center.
    Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your PayPal or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-5 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

    • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after purchase and is still on sale in stores.


    Refunds
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Custom Items
    There are no Refunds or Exchange on custom made Items. Please make sure you are confirmed with the design details and fabric/wood swatches.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Gifts
    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs/delivery costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

      Good in store service, bad follow up.

      My experience in the store was really good. The sales girl was very friendly and informative. I was able to place my order and they matched the online free shipping offer. My order was set to be delivered as the first delivery for the day and I was told that would be around 11am. I was told I would receive a text when tracking for the arrival. They knew I had to be at work by 1pm and they guaranteed I would be the first delivery. However. When the delivery day arrived, I was not the first delivery, no one sent me a text update with tracking (until literally after they arrived) which was as 1pm. Very disappointing service. The product is great but the follow through and organization/doing what they say needs work.

      We received our shipment, unpacked it and easily assembled it. Perfect addition to our apartment. Style, Comfort and a very reasonable Price make this couch a “must have”.

      Decent product

      The item is definitely sturdy and the storage sections are built in/put together prior to recieving shipment. Only improvement perhaps is that they made this bigger and maybe use a softer fabric type.
