How can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been shipped out, please email us at service@valyoufurniture.com with a cancellation request.

How can I reschedule my delivery?

Simply email us at service@valyoufurniture.com your desired reschedule date and include your name and order number, And we will reply with a confirmation.

Do you offer discounts?

All of our items are positioned to be at the absolute best and lowest price we can offer. 

My item is damaged. What can I do?

Please email us at service@valyoufurniture.com a description of the damage along with your name and order number, and include pictures/videos of the damaged item, and we will reach out with a resolution.

Can I request a specific date/time for delivery?

You may request a specific date or time for delivery by email or at checkout under “instructions for seller” tab, Please note its not guaranteed and a confirmation email of delivery will be sent out within 48 hours of purchase. 

What’s my order status?

Upon purchase you should receive an email with an indicated time of delivery/ availability, for more information email us at service@valyoufurniture.com.

How long can you hold an item before delivery?

You may request to hold your item up to two months in advance, for any special circumstances please email us at service@valyoufurniture.com.

Can I have my delivery any sooner?

You may request for an earlier delivery, However we usually schedule delivery as soon as possible based on earliest availability.

Where can I pick up my order?

Order pick ups are at 500 Kuwili st Mon-Fri 10:00AM - 4:00PM and will be confirmed via Email, please email us at service@valyoufurniture.com if you would like to pick up on a specific date to coordinate.

My product is missing parts/screws. What can I do?

Please email us at service@valyoufurniture.com a description of what your missing along with your name and order number, and include pictures if possible of what your missing, and we will reach back with a solution.

What is the delivery process?

Once you place the order, we will send you a confirmation email within 48 hours with your delivery date and time, and you will receive another reminder email the day prior to your delivery. Need to reschedule/ simply reply “reschedule”. We offer “ curbside delivery”, “room of choice” and “room of choice +assembly” simply select the option you desire at checkout.

How can I track my delivery driver?

On the day of delivery, once the driver is on route, you will receive a text message with a link to track your ETA , place in line, and the distance of your driver from your home.

I didn’t get instructions with my package.

Please email us at service@valyoufurniture.com with your name and order number and we will email you a PDF with instructions.

How does Klarna work?

Klarna is a great finance option, with a 0% interest if paid in full within 12 months and a very easy approval process no credit check. At checkout under payment options, select “slice it up with Klarna” and follow the steps. Once you are approved and place the order you will get a confirmation order.

How hard is it to assemble?

Assembly difficulty indicator should be on the product page, usually all assemblies are minor and come with the necessary tools.

How long until my item ships? Website says 6-8 weeks?

Most of our items are in stock and are ready to ship, Some items may take 6-8 weeks if the item is custom made or on its way to our warehouse.

Do you ship to USA?

Yes, we ship all of our items nationwide.

What does it mean when an item is on pre-order?

We give an option to pre-order an item as soon as release a new item or bring back a very popular sold out item at a discounted price, as we sell out some of our items before they arrive you get a chance to buy something you love before it arrives at a great price..

Where are you located?

Our HQ are in Hawaii with two retail locations. Mainland orders are sent out of our Las vegas distribution center.

How much for shipping to Hawaii?

We are based in Hawaii and our items are shipped from Hawaii. Delivery varies from $0-$125 in Oahu and $225 to outer islands.

How can I customize my sofa?

What are the dimensions of your sofas?

Dimensions are displayed on the product page, please refer to the product page.

What is covered under the warranty?

We offer a one year factory warranty which covers any structural damages to your item and that is not considered “wear and tear”.

I live on an outer island. How do you ship to my area?

We offer a curbside delivery option which means the item will be delivered all the way to your doorsteps, please select your delivery option at checkout.

Do you have any real photos of the products?

All of our products are real photos taken in our studio, and look just like the photos. You can also see our customer upload pictures in the product page to see how it looks in a customers home.

How can I exchange my item?
