Once you place your order, we will contact you to arrange and schedule the delivery date and time.
We will deliver your order, to your door within 7days. 

ALL OTHER ISLANDS- $50.00

We will drop off your order with Young Brothers, who will ship the items to your island for you to pick up. Young Brothers shipping cost is anywhere between $50-$150 depending on the number of items, size, etc. For example, a standard sofa will cost around $50.00

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

There are no Refunds or Exchange on custom made Items. Please make sure you are confirmed with the design details and fabric/wood swatches before you place the order.


We can pick up the returned item from your house for the cost of $50 that will be deducted from the full refund amount.
Please contact us service@valyoufurniture.com prior to sending it back or dropping it off in our return center.

You can schedule a pickup or return it yourself to our return center.
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your PayPal or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-5 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after purchase and is still on sale in stores.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Custom Items

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs/delivery costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

White T.V. Stand

I really think twice before I decide to complete this review mainly because I don't want anyone to be in trouble. If I have to be honest, I would rate this recent purchase a 7 or even maybe 6. I am very happy with the product but I felt like there's lacking in customer service. The lady who help me that day didn't even smile at me which makes me feel like maybe coz I came in late and she is just ready to go. Considering we are in hawaii I really didn't feel the aloha spirit like other's say it. I moved on from that until it came the picking up of the product. I was given a tentative date when the product will be available for pick up. I called and get an update and they gave me a specific day of the week. I got busy the whole day but in the afternoon I notice that I haven't received any call yet from the store so I called them and asked. She told me that we have to wait 1more week and gave us another specific day we should expect it to be on the store. That week came again and to our surprise the lady we talked to said, she don't know who told us about that date but they still don't have it in the store. I am getting frustrated already but still choose to be calm in the hope that the following week according to her we will finally get the product that is already paid a month ago. Another week had passed come friday, I didn't received any call until 6pm when I decided to call them, finally the t.v. stand is in the store but no one bother to call me a little earlier. The guy I spoke to dont seem to care and not even apologetic and told me I better be at their store before they close that day. Overall, like I said I couldn't give a super low rating considering the product is really good and reasonably price. My first impression on this store is they sell expensive stuff but no their prices are decent and a lot of option to choose from. I'm also happy that you can order it online and have it delivered at a store for personal pick up so you can save on the delivery fee.
