Excellent product. Beige sofa is legit. Came read and well packaged, no tarnish or damage upon delivery. Customer service were excellent and helpful. Could not fault anything - from Good service from ordering to delivery, kept up to date. The guys delivering the furniture were fabulous friendly and professional. Great! We love our sofa! I searched online for weeks and decided on this one based on reviews. We ordered the white- fabric is beautiful. It shipped one week after ordering. Very comfortable. Not super deep, kinda average. Chaise it wonderful. Perfect sectional for a my living room. There are some little feathers popping out but doesn't bother me- not pokey. And just very happy to have found an affordable down filled sectional. Highly recommend this sofa!
Great couch!
I had been searching for a couch that would fit in my small studio and this couch is PERFECT! It is so so comfy and soft, perfect for lazy days! The customer service with Valyou from start to finish was also great, I was always notified if the ship date was going to change and they were very attentive. Definitely would recommend this couch to anyone!
